As I look back at the first 1/2 of 2014, it has been one of my better years athletically.
- Won 3 bike races
- Mt Hamilton Cat 2
- Red Kite Crit Cat 2/3
- Knights Ferry RR P/1/2
- A few other solid showings on the bike
- PR in the marathon and a Boston B cut
- PR and amateur OA win at Oceanside 70.3
- Decent result at Alcatraz on a day I felt very flat
So as I look to 2014 part deux, what are my goals?
- What should I try to achieve in:

- triathlon?
- running?
- swimming?
